How to Use the Perturb Modifier

In this video I explain the basics of how to use the perturb modifier in DaVinci Resolve Fusion to create wiggle effects and more. Using this technique you can quickly and easily add seemingly randomized wiggle motion to any element of your animation, or add intelligently randomized values to any element of a Fusion composition that can be modified with expressions. This way you can introduce just the right amount of chaos to an animation.

New Anim Curves Modifier in DaVinci Resolve 17

A lesson of the basics of the new Anim Curves Modifier in DaVinci Resolve 17. Using this animation modifier that is new to DaVinci Resolve 17 you can create animations that are adaptable to different frame rates because they will adjust as you stretch them on your Edit Page timeline. If you are an animator that uses Fusion this has got to be one of the more exciting features to come in the DaVinci Resolve 17 beta. How to Install Reactor for Free Effects and Plugins in DaVinci Resolve Fusion

Reactor is a package manager that you can install within DaVinci Resolve Fusion that allows you to install third party content, scripts and plugins directly within Resolve. If you are looking to add additional functionality to the Fusion tab and would like to dip into some of the resources the third party community has developed then look no further than Reactor. In this video I go over the process to install Reactor and how to access it when you want to update any content or install more. Best of luck with your compositing.
